These Terms & Conditions explain how our website works, what happens when you place an order, and your rights as a customer.

Our Products
We sell stickers and washit tape created by independent artists and small creative businesses.
We work with artists from different backgrounds and countries and aim to provide accurate information about each product, including its size, materials, colour and other relevant details.
Because some of our products are independently produced or made in small quantities, there may be minor variations between products. This can include differences in colour, texture, printing or finish.
We photograph, or source photography of our products that is as accurate as possible. However, colours can appear slightly different depending on your screen, device or browser.
These minor differences do not normally mean that a product is faulty or not as described.
Product Availability
Many of the products we sell are produced in limited quantities. If an item sells out, contact us to find out whether it will be back in stock soon.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
If we cannot fulfil your order, you will be entitled to a refund for the unavailable item.
Prices
All prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
The price you pay will be the price displayed at the time you place your order.
Where applicable, delivery charges and any other charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If a product has been listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may contact you before processing your order.
If you have already paid for an order that we cannot fulfil at the advertised price, we will refund you.
Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it.
Your order will be accepted when we confirm that it has been dispatched, unless we tell you otherwise.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund for the cancelled order.
6. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider.
We do not store your full payment card details.
7. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of receiving payment.
Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout or on our delivery information page.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, postal service and circumstances outside our control.
Once your order has been handed to the delivery provider, there may occasionally be delays. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Please make sure that your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase.
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the address.
International & EU Orders
We currently ship to selected destinations within the UK and Europe.
When ordering from outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless we specifically state otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs procedures can also cause delays that are outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing any information required by customs authorities and for ensuring that the goods they order can legally be imported into their country.
Your Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer purchasing goods online, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without needing to give a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
This right applies in accordance with applicable UK and EU consumer legislation.
If your order contains multiple products delivered separately, the cancellation period will generally run from the date you receive the final item.

You may simply tell us that you wish to cancel your order. You may also use any cancellation form we provide, although you are not required to use a particular format.
After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you should return the goods to us within the period required by applicable law.
Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or another rule applies, you will normally be responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising your cancellation right.
Refunds
Where you validly cancel an order under your statutory cancellation rights, we will provide a refund in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.
Where required by law, we will refund the standard delivery cost originally paid by you. We are not generally required to refund additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery option.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.
If the value of the goods has been reduced because they have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, we may be entitled to make a deduction where permitted by applicable law.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
We want every order to arrive safely and be as described.
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the problem.
We will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, repair, refund or other appropriate remedy.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.
Exceptions to Cancellation Rights
Some products may be excluded from the standard cancellation right under applicable law.
For example, this may include goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you.
Where an exception applies, we will make this clear before you place your order.
This does not affect your legal rights if a personalised or custom product is faulty or not as described.
Artist Rights & Copyright
We are proud to work with independent artists and respect the time, creativity and intellectual property that goes into their work.
Artwork, illustrations, photographs, designs, logos, text and other creative material displayed on this website may belong to us, the relevant artist, or another rights holder.
Buying a physical product does not transfer ownership of the underlying copyright or artwork to you.
Unless you have received written permission from the relevant rights holder, you must not reproduce, copy, scan, distribute, modify or commercially exploit artwork purchased through our website.
You may, of course, enjoy and use the physical product for its intended personal or ordinary purpose.
Using Our Website
You agree to use our website lawfully and responsibly.
You must not knowingly introduce viruses, malicious software or other harmful material, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website or systems, or use our website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect our website, business or customers.
